DELIVERY CHARGES
A flat rate delivery fee of USD 8.00 per order is applicable for all international orders. Estimated delivery period is within 3-5 working days. Personalized item will an additional 5 working days for delivery.

Kindly note that the delivery period is an estimation and we are not able to guarantee the date of arrival which may sometimes be disrupted due to delivery issues at the courier company or customs.
Customs and import duties may apply, and shall be paid by the person receiving the parcel. We have no control over these charges and unable to tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. You may contact your local customs office for current charges so that you are aware of the charges to expect.
ORDER CUT-OFF TIME AND WHEN DO WE DELIVER?
- This Raya season, your orders may experience some delays due to high demand. Rest assured, our team is working hard to get your items shipped out as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and Selamat Hari Raya.
- The daily delivery order cut-off time is 12pm (GMT+8), Monday to Friday (except on Malaysia public holidays). This does not take into account possible delay caused by payment authorization.
DELIVERY GUARANTEE
We require a signature upon delivery of any of our products. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself to receive the product (for example as a gift) then you accept that a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery and fulfillment by us.
